Editorial note
This record does not state a start date for this rule. We have read Article 13 of the baseline consolidated text, which marks this exact clause with the margin citation 'A.E.286/2024'; the same document's own amendment-history header dates A.E.286/2024 to 26 March 2024 (Official Gazette No. 63) — but we have not independently fetched and read A.E.286/2024 itself to confirm this attribution firsthand, so that date is not recorded as this rule's start date. What we can confirm from our own direct reading: this two-year cap was in force as of the 19 February 2026 consolidated text and remained in force until 23 August 2026, the day before A.E.784/2026 replaced it.
Numbered in order of first use. Each entry names the kind of source it is and the day we read it.
