TRNC's Companies Law does not itself set out full creditor-priority rules for an insolvent winding-up beyond a limited preferential-debts list; it defers detailed priority to the separate Bankruptcy Law (Cap. 5), now identified but only partially read.

Editorial note

The cross-reference itself is primary-verified. Cap. 5's own secured/preferential-creditor provisions were found via keyword search and machine-assisted translation, not a systematic read, and TRNC's Supreme Court reportedly requires Cap. 5 to be read together with the 1933 Tasfiye Tüzüğü (not yet located) and the Civil Procedure Code. This claim states only that the deferral exists, not what the deferred rules say.
