Rule

RKMMD (Resmi Kabz Memurluğu ve Mukayyitlik Dairesi, the Official Receiver and Registrar of Companies) is the statutory Registrar of Companies under Companies Law Fasıl 113 Article 2.[1]

Exceptions

  • Whether e-Tüzel (the online company-registry portal) offers a public, unauthenticated company-search function was not confirmed either way — the landing page shows only login/registration prompts.
