Rule
A buyer with a stamped, Tax-Office-approved sale contract who applies to the Ministry may be granted a short-term residence permit for up to five years (matching the length requested), conditioned on income of at least one minimum wage per month — or, for those without regular income, a lump-sum bank deposit equal to one minimum wage multiplied by the number of years of permit requested.[1][2]
Exceptions
- This Rule states the CURRENT REGULATION TEXT figure — one minimum wage per month — for this specific route. Founder-reported current guidance describes a materially different figure for property-linked residence generally (three minimum wages plus a monthly instalment condition), which has not been independently confirmed as applying specifically to THIS stamped-contract route rather than to the titled-owner route or a different, unrelated provision — see the Conflict record property-owner-residence-income-and-duration for the broader, better-evidenced version of this same law-versus-guidance pattern (documented there for the titled-owner category specifically). Treat any '3 minimum wages' figure for this route as an unconfirmed practice lead, not as this Rule's own finding.
