Rule
An İş Kurma İzni (Business Establishment Permit) becomes invalid automatically the moment the qualifying company's TRNC activity ceases, the holder sells their shares, or their directorship ends — it is a conditional, derivative right tied to the holder's qualifying position, not a standing investor-residence status.[1]
Exceptions
- This Rule states the invalidation trigger only. It does not address any grace period, notification duty, or what happens to a person's separate residence status (if any) once the permit lapses — those were not independently researched.
- Does not extend to other, unrelated residence or employment permit categories — see the Founder's explicit instruction not to generalise beyond this specific permit.
