Pre-2024 trustee agreements: register within six months or they are void

Rule

While the decree is in force, trustee (yediemin) agreements made before Law 39/2024 in relation to a foreigner’s acquisition of property must be registered at the District Land Registry within six months; unregistered agreements, and agreements whose effect would be to defeat the law, are void.[1]
