Current deadline: transfer within one year of the permission being published

Rule

While the decree is in force, the transfer must be executed at the District Land Registry within one year of the publication in the Official Gazette of the Council of Ministers decision granting permission; otherwise the decision is automatically cancelled and void.[1]
