Where a unit title is impossible, shares may be transferred with the Land Registry Director’s approval

Rule

While the decree is in force, where a technical obstacle from a co-owner or from the project makes it impossible to obtain a separate unit title for property acquired before the decree, the owners may within two years apply to the District Land Registry and, with the approval of the Director of the Land Registry and Cadastre Department, transfer their shares to others.[1]
