Over-limit pre-2024 contracts must be transferred within twenty-four months

Rule

While the decree is in force, pre-2024 contracts that exceed the limits must be transferred, in line with the decree, within twenty-four months from the end of the six-month registration window; contracts not transferred must instead use the usage-certificate route, and contracts not brought into line within the period are void.[1]
