Rule
While the decree is in force, an investment in tourism, education, health, industry, agriculture, technology or research qualifies for an investment-purpose purchase if at least ten million euros is deposited in a bank operating in the TRNC and used within two years for the investment stated in the Council of Ministers decision (land purchase excluded). Build-and-sell housing is not an investment.[1]
