For two years, applications may rely on a construction permit or planning approval

Rule

While the decree is in force, for two years from its entry into force a foreigner may apply to the Ministry for purchase permission with a construction permit or a planning approval from the Town Planning Department where condominium ownership or a construction servitude cannot be established for the property.[1]
