One-off 45-day immigration amnesty for unenforced arrest-deportation orders (Law 27/2026)

Law No. 27/2026 (Official Gazette No. 98, 26 May 2026) inserted Geçici Madde 31 into the base Aliens and Immigration Law (Cap. 105), creating a one-off, 45-day window (approximately 26 May to 9 July 2026, now closed) for a foreign national already subject to an unenforced Immigration Department arrest-deportation order for unauthorised residence/work to apply online; on approval, paying a fine equal to the prevailing monthly gross minimum wage (a floating figure, not fixed in the law) within 10 days lifted the order.
